From the city you can catch the train and buses to all areas of perth and down to Fremantle… The space is a 1 bedroom / studio style apartment on the ground floor , with a room divider to separate the living & sleeping areas , polished concrete floors for an urban retro aesthetic , rugs to keep your toes comfortable … with its own tree surrounded courtyard for your exclusive use ... I provide as much complimentary coffee, tea , (black & herbal teas) hot chocolate and milk as you can drink, a welcome treat , with a new air purifier and aromatherapy diffuser with essential Oils… I insist you relax , get into holiday mode and make yourself at home :) The hot water is good and from a rainwater shower head , the new queen bed memory foam mattress(I understand some people don’t enjoy memory foam beds but I find it is a super comfy bed) with lovely good quality linens ... heating & aircon for comfort all year .. There’s wardrobes for storing and hanging your clothes , A folding desk for laptop working or a dinner table for 2 and some books around for getting some true R&R during your stay ! Guest access You can self check-in using the lock-box key access after 2pm at your convenience. Entire accomodation home & Courtyard is for your exclusive use for your stay. Not sharing the space with me or any other guests, and you have a fenced in private courtyard that overlooks the garden & then the park. Its a private, ground floor apartment for easy access; where you can make yourself at home, get comfortable , enjoy in the ammenities & have a cosy inner city leafy private sanctuary that is instantly calm, yet instantly where the action is for when you want to adventure. Theres a shared laundry ( paid) Other things to note The laundry is on the ground floor and a shared facility with the other apartment tenants .
