Enjoy a luxurious self-catering cottage on the border of the world renowned Addo Elephant National Park, Southern Gate entrance. Comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children. Experience the tranquillity of nature and beautiful views of the hills of the Addo Park. We recommend using a 4x4 vehicle when visiting. A shuttle service may be available on request. The space Our accommodation is reached via a dirt/gravel road for about 6km's and is surrounded by an electric fence to keep wild animals from entering the cottage. Enjoy ADDO Elephant National park only 8.5 km away for spectacular sightings of the big 5 in their natural habitat. With an outdoor braai and deck overlooking the hills of Addo Park, you are sure to enjoy our friendly and relaxed vibes. Only 10km away is our local Restaurant A Taste of Africa where you can find something delicious for the whole family, from Steak, pasta, pizza, burgers, takeaways & great coffee you will be impressed. Right next to our local restaurant is the Colchester KWIKSPAR (7am - 7pm), BP fuel Station (24 hours), Night Shop (7pm - 7am) and Tops bottle store (9am - 7pm, 3:30pm Sundays). Close by is the Sundays River mouth section in the Pearson Park Resort with its beautiful sand dunes and amazing views. Book an adventure with one of our expert guides for some Sandboarding, River Cruising, canoeing & Safaris into Addo, this can all be arranged at our local restaurant A Taste of Africa, nexto the Spar & BP. Beds can be arranged to two single beds or one king sized. A double sleeper couch is in the lounge area.
