It is an apartment with capacity for 4 people, perfect for families or business trips. The space The apartment has everything you need for a perfect stay. A living room with sofa-bed and a modern fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom. It is an apartment with modern aesthetics and it is new and has a very pleasant natural light. The apartment also has: AC, WIFI, hair dryer, towels, linens, coffee maker .... This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works. Guest access During the stay, guests have access to the entire house. You can use the entire apartment, including the kitchen and everything you will find in it. The apartment is provided with bedding and towels for all guests, so you do not need to worry about that. The bathroom includes amenities, such as shampoo, gel and soap, for your first days of your stay. The apartment has been furnished with all the necessary appliances to ensure a comfortable and great stay. Other things to note Check-in time is from 3pm, although in some cases guests may enter earlier. LATE CHECK-IN FEE: In arrivals between 11pm and 1am there is a small night check-in fee of € 15, to be paid at the time of check-in in cash. For arrivals between 1am and 7am, the fee is € 30. It is important not to forget the keys inside during the stay in the apartment, and especially not to leave the apartment having left the keys in the inside lock, since then the door will be locked and no one will be able to access. In these cases, a locksmith will need to go to unlock the door and guests will assume the cost. At the time of your check-out / departure, please leave the keys on the table in the living room and close the door. The departure time limit is 11am if we have not previously agreed on another time. Our cleaning staff will arrive around 11. If you meet them, please let them in.
