Materials, colors, layouts: here, everything has been thought out to give you a warm welcome and a comfortable stay. 🔹The house is located in a secure inner courtyard, accessed through a historic gate dating from the 17th century. 🔹It includes a double bed (160 x 200) with very comfortable bedding upstairs, separated from the bathroom by a glass wall (non-opaque glass wall). It has a bathtub, equipped with a shower screen, toilet, sink, hair dryer and towel dryer. Basic hygiene products are provided (shampoo, shower gel). 🔹On the ground floor, a convertible sofa bed (140 x 200) can also be used as a bed for 2 people: - supplied with a duvet, pillow, mattress topper. - bed linen is included for bookings of more than two people. For two people, it is available for an extra fee. 🔹The kitchen has all the necessary comforts (cookware, capsule machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, etc.) to allow you to cook a good little dinner when you return from your visit to the "Halles du Vieux Marché". A table that can accommodate 4 people is at your disposal. 🔹You can relax in front of a movie of your choice thanks to a 50-inch 1080p TV, with the possibility of putting your Netflix account on. A portable Bluetooth speaker is also available. The 🔹entire place is available to guests. 🔹I'm available 24 hours a day for guests. 🔹Located on one of Rouen's historic streets, the house is ideally located for a stay in Rouen. The main tourist sites but also the shops (Rue du Gros-Horloge, cathedral, museums...) are within walking distance. - Rouen Rive Droite train station 700 m from the accommodation. - "Palais de Justice" metro station 350 m away. - "Vieux Marché" public parking 250 m away, or the... Guest access The entire property is available to guests. Other things to note Vehicle parking is possible in the public/paid parking lot of the "Palais de Justice" (5-minute walk from the accommodation) or in the "Place du Vieux Marché" parking lot (2-minute walk from the accommodation). On the street parking is not available, only in the surrounding streets and is paid by time stamp (Maximum duration: 4 hours in the hyper center). Parking is free on Sundays. Parking in the yard is prohibited, even temporarily!
