Quiet double room in friendly home-great views!

The property is within a Georgian Grade II listed house, on the famous Lansdown Crescent. 12 min walk to Royal Crescent. 14 to town. Spotless double room available in very friendly home. Spotless shared bathroom. Ideal quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of Bath centre. All nationalities very welcome. Free parking. NB!It’s a Third floor apartment-great garden views, no lift-58 steps! I look forward to meeting you! NB again! Sorry- Room and bathroom access only, after guests damaged my hob😑 The space The double room is 5.18m long with a double bed near the window with great views over many gardens behind Lansdown Crescent homes. The bathroom is shared with the host and is kept extremely clean. (Bathroom and host!). The space available sadly doesn't include the whole apartment, after kitchen damage from an earlier guest. Towels, tea, coffee, water, snacks provided in your room. oh, and ironed bed linen! (I can't do creased linen..even for my guests!) The hospitality tray has a kettle, fresh coffee bags, teas, milk, bottled water and two breakfast bar snacks. If you need oat milk just let me know and I’ll provide some. Guest access I organise free parking permits for my guests, normally available very close to my apartment. Just send me your car reg once you know your ETA and I’ll book you a permit online. (Cost included). I’m happy to pay for guests who like to leave their car after they’ve checked out for a few hours too… parking in the centre isn’t cheap!It's a short downhill walk into town-12 minutes to the Royal Circus and 14 mins to the centre of town. There is a very frequent bus service up Lansdown Hill that stops just above the east end of Lansdown Crescent. No 31 bus (park and ride) from Milsom St opposite Jolly’s dept store. Get off at Lansdown Grove hotel stop. During your stay Text/call me anytime if you have questions as I’m very keen for my guests to feel well-informed and cared for! Other things to note My guests seem to enjoy the architecture along the way but it’s IS a steep walk up Park St just below our street!
