Renovated Japanese retro&modern house named "SAMA-SAMA STAY" in Odawara-city! 8 min walk to Odawara station. 5 min walk to Odawara castle. 10 min walk to ocean, Sagami Bay. Accommodate up to 5 guests. Ideal place for a family or a group of friends to stay. Easy access to Hakone, just 15 min trip to central Hakone by train/bus/car. Also, Odawara is easily accessible from/to Tokyo and Kyoto. Restaurants, bar, supermarket, drug store and other shops are just a few min away from our doorstep! The space **We are officially registered with the city of Odawara as a lodging provider** Before booking, please read our entire description carefully to see if the house is a good fit for your needs! * Entire house (NO-SHARING), for a group of 2-5 guests * Strictly NO smoking, NO pets, NO drugs * Capacity maximum 5 adults * Children (between 2 and 12 years old) are counted/charged as adults. Infants (below 2) are free of charge for sharing beds with adults. * Early check in and late check out will be available with the extra charges. Please ask us in advance. * We do not provide a private car pick up service. *There is no free parking space at our house. Since April 1, 2005, under the relevant laws and regulations, the Japanese Government is requiring “foreign nationals who do not possess an address in Japan” to provide their nationality and passport number in addition to their name, address, and occupation, etc. and produce and make a copy of their passport upon checking in at lodgings. This is a mandatory requirement. Your understanding and cooperation is appreciated. - Check-in time: between 15:00 PM and 21:00 PM - Check out time: 10:00 AM -The extra charge will be applicable for early check-in and late check out. -If you do not check out by 10:00 AM, an additional fee will be added. - No staff will be stationed at the house. Security cameras are installed at the entrance for your safety. This is mandatory as the registered lodge provider. Thank you for your understanding. - The living and bed room is on the 2nd floor. The stairs to the 2nd floor is steep, so it might not be suitable for the elder or the persons who have problems with their legs. Please be careful when walking up/down stairs, especially for small children. We do not take any responsibility for anyone’s injury. - There is only one shower room. For those who want to enjoy a relaxing bath, we recommend visiting a hot spring or public bath in Hakone or Odawara. - Basically, there is no house cleaning or linen change services during your stay. For longer stays of six nights or more, those services are available upon request. - Visitors are not permitted in the room at any time. If a violation is found, a fine of 10,000 yen per person per night will be imposed. -Please keep the room and furnishings clean and tidy! Charges may incur if you damage or stain the room or furnishings during your stay. If you damage or stain the room or furnishings, promptly report it to the host. - *Potential for noise on Friday Nights* There is a music cafe-bar next to my Airbnb house. On Friday nights, they have a kind of music event from 1830pm to midnight. Those loud music and peoples chatting voices may bother your good rest.
