Close to all amenities, and parks. The space Dear guests, Please note: My studio apartment is designed for singles or couples only, restrictions no kids. The studio has a large comfortable queen size bed and good/clean linens and spare pillows provided when requested for long stayers. There is a large mirrored built in wardrobe with hangers and drawer space and a fold out iron board with a steam iron. A fully functional kitchen with cutleries, toaster, press toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge freezer, and complimentary tea,coffee,sugar,milk and cereal. In the bathroom there is shower and bath tub, full size mirror and complimentary towels, face towels, hand wash, shampoo, soap and toilet papers. The studio has its own private front balcony with outdoor sitting for fresh air or to smoke as there is strictly no smoking inside. There is outdoor laundry area with two top loader washing machines, washing powder and detergent supplied. Please leave the apartment as you have found it.
