Comfortable three rooms flat!

This typical flat, that belonged to my grandmother, is situated between the sea and the historic village of Finalborgo. In this flat up to 6 people can be hosted: it offers you everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday. Two city bikes are available. Have fun! CIN: IT009029C21QBST3VP The space The flat has been recently renovated, but still retains the charm of a typical Ligurian accommodation. It belonged to my grandmother and we therefore wanted to keep those characteristic details that combine practicality and familiar welcome. Several paintings on the wall give a classic and antique decor to the flat. It consists of two double bedrooms (in each there are two single beds that can be joined), a large kitchen / living room with a queen-size sofa bed, a bathroom which is accessed from an external hallway (with shower, but without bidet) and a small balcony. It is ideal for 4 people, but can accommodate up to 6. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: pots, dishes, microwave oven and various electrical appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, an American coffee machine, kettle, toaster and hand blender. There is a washing machine and you will be provided with clean sheets and towels for your stay. The apartment is equipped with ADSL internet connection and air conditioning. The house also offers two bicycles to fully enjoy your stay. Also for the little ones there is a travel cot and a high chair. Happy holiday!! Guest access The flat, located at the first floor, is totally accessible to the guest. Other things to note The apartment is located in a strategic area of Finale Ligure because it is located halfway between the sea and the historic center of Finalborgo which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot (10 minutes by foot from the train station of Finale Ligure). It is located on the main road that connects the sea to the village so if you leave the windows open it can be a bit noisy. In front of the apartment there is a large free car park where you can leave your car and travel on foot or by bicycle (the best way to get around Finale). Furthermore, if you prefer to travel by public transport, there is a bus stop right in front of the house. A two-minute walk from the apartment is the Coop, a large well-stocked supermarket, while just below the house there is a bar, a hairdresser and a mtb bike rent shop. Finale Ligure is a very active town with full of cultural entertainment and activities. Let’s give a look on the website of the town for all the events (ex. meetings in the cloister of Santa Caterina in Finalborgo, etc) Guests can also enjoy typical Ligurian products during the festivals of the country. There are plenty of events during the year, especially in summer. We inform you that the Municipality of Finale Ligure, with Municipal Council resolution n. 128 of 21 December 2017, established the Tourist Tax, which will be applied from the year 2018 for the months from April to October inclusive. The tax is determined per person and per number of nights, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights in the same accommodation facility (if there are more than 5 consecutive nights, no tourist tax is payable from the 6th onwards; if the consecutivity is interrupted, the count restarts for the following nights). Minors under 12 years of age do not pay. We will update you on the amount to be paid before your arrival and the due will be collected during check in.
