Casa de Campo is a new `Adults Only´contemporary architect designed property set in two acres of grounds. Surrounded by countryside and only five minutes from the beach this small boutique hotel is designed to offer you the very best in Algarvian hospitality. Casa de Campo has a clothes optional policy which means that you can fully enjoy the sun around the pool, sunbathing area, gardens and your private terrace. When we came to make this listing we were asked to conform, to fit our description into certain categories, Hotel, home stay, Boutique etc. well like our guests we don't always fit into easily proscribed tick boxes so let me try and explain what we are offering here: We are not a business driven by the bottom line, this is our home and we want to offer guests a great and individual experience. We are a clothes optional ´Home stay` what that means is that you are welcome to take off your clothes around the pool and your private patio, there`s no pressure to do so but some people do. This is not a sexualised setting nor a party place. Generally we are adults only as we like it quiet and peaceful but once or twice a year our grandchildren might visit, we`ll let you know if it´s your week but it probably isn´t. Unlike a hotel we are adaptable, if there´s something you want just ask, if you want to help in the garden picking figs , almonds or plums or making jam or cakes just ask. A gin and tonic by the pool or a chilled bottle of wine....just ask. Sometimes we go off to our local hidden beaches or day trip over to the west coast and if you want to join us them that´s an option too.
