Description
Light filled modern property with parking, private patio garden and stunning views over the Cornish countryside. A fantastic base to explore Cornwall with the nearest beaches (The Seven Bays), Padstow & Wadebridge just a 10 minute drive away. Walking distance from the Pickwick Inn, The Ring O Bells and access to The Camel Trail (2 miles). World class restaurants, cosy country pubs, miles of beaches and coastal walks are all within walking, cycling or a 10 minute car journeys reach. The space Our homes most unique feature is the double height ceiling in the kitchen diner and particularly the lounge from which you have incredible views of our spectacular Cornish sunsets. A small private patio garden gives you the same beautiful views and provides a place to relax in the sun (hopefully!) and enjoy a glass of wine and perhaps a BBQ. There is parking for a single car on the driveway in front of the house. The bungalow is attached to our family home and our cars are also parked to the front of the property. The bathroom hosts a large shower enclosure. The house has underfloor heating, smart TV, good Wifi, bed linen, towels, BBQ and fully equipped kitchen. Also clothes airer, ironing board and iron and a dishwasher. Guest access You have a separate front door leading to your accommodation. Two sets of french doors at the back of the property lead to a private patio garden. There is allocated parking on the driveway in front of the house. Other things to note We are tucked away off the beaten track and so it is easy to forget that the rest of Cornwall might be busy! This is something we love about living here, the calm at home mixed with a lively summer! March-May and September / October is a lovely time to visit as it tends to be milder and quieter but everywhere is still open. Walks through the countryside and on the beaches are a must and the sunsets are a bit earlier and can be incredible-we are very lucky to have an awesome view from our house! We are able to offer shorter stays during off peak times. Unfortunately the house is not set up for children of any size and we do not accept pets.
