Free access to the padding pool on level 7 included a children’s play area under cover, BBQ facilities, lazy chairs, etc The space This apartment is located in the Rivergate building with an area of 28m2 studio, the spacious is enough for a couple with a kitchen (including cooking utensils ) - 1 Queen Size bed with fresh mattress, sheet, toper and pillow - Wardrobe to hang your clothes including hangers. - A separate water closet and bathroom. - A small balcony for washing clothes and drying, including iron. - Smart TV with full HD channels, Netflix, YouTube high-speed internet connected - Free high-speed wifi connection - circa 150mbps Download speed and unlimited data. - BATHROOM: Toothbrush, Towel, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, gel hand, hot water, and hairdryer are provided. - KITCHEN: You can use a clean kitchen with an electric stove, electric kettle, fridge, utensils, and silverware. a fridge with 2 doors, that can make safe ice which is needed for suffering hot weather in HCMC. - WASHING: available washing machine, clothes drying rack, Iron, and ironing board. We will provide washing powder - POOL: The swimming pool is very nice. There are 1 deep pool for adults and 1 shallow pool for babies. Open 10 am - 4 pm on 7th floor. There are sunbathing couches, tables, and chairs for relaxing. - FREE extra mattress, sheet, and pillow: Please tell us in advance booking. - Mineral water is available and FREE on check-in day - Security guard on duty 24/7, A receptionist is also present at the lobby every day from 8 am to 5 pm..
