Bedroom and kitchen in a prime location in Nymphenburg

My apartment is on the first floor of a newly renovated, listed Art Nouveau house, surrounded by a cozy, green backyard. Here you will certainly find a quiet place by the small pond, where you can watch the birds while bathing. The space The accommodation was almost completely renovated in 2019/20, with high-quality materials in eco-quality, thought out in detail. In the small former "maids' room" there is a loft bed with a futon mattress (120 x 200 cm), a small desk with a chair and an old farmhouse cabinet with a wardrobe and compartments for laundry, so you can make yourself comfortable. Wi-Fi connection is a given. Next door is the private, separate kitchen with a beautiful conservatory. From there you can look into the dense greenery of the backyard with a pond. The kitchen was newly installed in 2020. It consists of a maple body with drawers made of oak and a countertop made of Belgian bluestone in which two gas stoves are embedded. In this kitchen you will find everything you need: fridge, water and espresso maker, teapot, dishes, Schott-Zwiesel wine glasses...). Dishwashing detergent, hand soap, hand sanitizer (Sonett), dish towels and hand towels are also provided. A small table made of light maple wood invites you to relax and eat. The bathroom and separate toilet are shared with me. In it is a bathtub with a shower curtain. The light comes from a window to the garden. I provide a set of towels made of organic terrycloth. During your stay I live in the other part of the apartment with its own kitchen and living room, but I am often away - sometimes overnight. I myself have traveled a lot around the world, often as a guest in private accommodations. I also speak English. I enjoy the nature, the quiet atmosphere of the house, the fresh air that the many greenery in the nearby area exudes. The house community is open and all residents know each other. Every now and then the neighboring cat "Maunzie" comes to visit via the conservatory/cat door. She is absolutely amiable, cuddly and hopefully not a problem for you (unless you have a cat allergy). I attach great importance to cleanliness and tranquility. Smoking inside the apartment is undesirable. I only use ecological cleaning and washing agents. There are no locks on the rooms. The basis is therefore mutual trust. The rooms are ideal for business travelers looking for peace and quiet for their work, solo travelers and young guests who are not afraid to climb a ladder into the cozy loft bed.
