Farmhouse in Tuscany - Buon RIposo - Il Girasole

Buon Riposo is shrouded in the magnificent scenery of the harmonious Tuscany countryside - in Florence area near Montaione and San Gimignano. Our farmhouse, a farm estate covering an area of 100 hectares, blends into the harmonious scenery of the Tuscan countryside, where green hills alternate with vineyards and olive groves. Buon Riposo is in the center of Tuscany within driving distance of towns of major artistic interest (Florence, Siena, Pisa..) and the Tyrrhenian coast The space Our house “Il Girasole" is available 6 beds – three large bedrooms Fully furnished and equipped house - ca 100 meters square Lounge with double divan-bed, dining room table and fireplace . Cooking corner with equipped kitchen - dishwasher. Two Bedrooms with king size bed. Room with two single beds. Bathroom with shower, bidet, wc and washbasin. Outdoor covered area featuring a table, sofa, and garden chairs – the are is adjacent the kitchen to take meal, read, relax…. Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen-sets changed every week. It has a well equipped,kitchen with a cooking board, refrigerator with freezer, moka (Italian coffee maker), coffee machine ( American coffee maker), kettle and all the main kitchen utensils It is independent with their own entrances and outside area and are fully furnished and equipped with bed bathroom and kitchen linens Guest access In our swimming pool ( 15 x 8 metres) with whirpool area, you can both swim and relax ( also whirpool area). It is always open (24h): at night the pool is lightened. It is reserved only to all the Farmhouse's guests. Moreover, guests can go on hikes or on mountain-bike rides along woodland paths where wild local fauna (pheasant, hares, squirrels…) can be spotted. Sports and relaxing activities can also be practiced in the immediate vicinity thanks to riding schools (1 km), a golf course (15 km) and lake-fishing (5 km). A barbecue for outdoor dining and a handy swimming pool (15x8 meters with whirlpool and a baby pool 3 x 3 meters and whirlpool area) placed on a terrace overlooking the countryside complete Buonriposo's relaxing atmosphere. Other things to note The site itself is set on various levels, so secluded spaces can be found throughout. On the top level is the swimming pool and sunbathing deck. Here there is a wonderful view across the fields to the nearby village and beyond. Each house has its own style so there is no sense of " mass manufacturing" at Buon Riposo. The houses themselves are comfortable and completely self-sufficient. Should you wish to stay indoors for days on end, this would be possible - but entirely unlikely to happen when you see the setting and the rustic beauty surrounding you. Each villa offers a delightful view- something to warm the heart when opening the bedroom shutters in the morning!
