Entering on the 1st floor to an open-plan kitchen, living and dining with full bathroom, the room is abundant in natural light with oversized north facing windows to the street below. The bathroom has a vanity sink, shower and toilet. The kitchen is not equipped with a stove, but does have a fridge, freezer, oven-microwave, cooker, Nespresso (tea and coffee included) and toaster. An internal wooden staircase connects this living space with 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower and sink above. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.
