Beautiful period features - ceiling roses, Cornicing and stained glass window above door. Lovely new kitchen fitted and shower room. (Bookings are only for the number of guests booked by Airbnb. Compensation sought for additional guests). The space There is a large open plan lounge/dining/kitchen room which is great for modern living and one of the main reasons I purchased the property. Guest access You have access to the whole property. Other things to note Parking on the street is busy but there is a free car park with about 50 spaces less than 100 metres from the house. (Due to COVID this car park is currently time limited). There are lots of great restaurants in walking distance. I like Herringbone on the High Street and Zittos an Italian Bistro. (Sometimes the website itison.com does great deals on these restaurants). We are also very close to the park which has a good playground for children. Also the sports centre about 15 mins walk has a swimming pool, gym and crèche for young children. We are only two streets from the beach, tennis court and golf courses. The property is strictly no smoking and no candles are permitted. On departure please tidy put rubbish in green bin outside, clear fridge, wash dishes or put on dishwasher and put used towels in a pile in the twin room. Thank you.
