Welcome to our nice cottage on Hallandsåsen between Båstad and Ängelholm. The cottage is perfect for families with children or good friends. The house, which is bright and cozy, consists of three bedrooms. The house has a large garden with a sunny south-facing terrace with dining area and barbecue. Parking on site. The bathroom is newly renovated, washing machine available. In the area there is a common pool, children's pool, sauna, tennis court, football pitch and ping pong table. 20-minute walk to Västersjön with swimming, boat rental and fishing. The space The cottage has three bedrooms; 1. One double bed 180 cm. 2. Two single beds. 3. A 120 cm bed. The living room is large, bright and airy. Sofa, armchairs, fireplace and TV at one end and at the other a dining table with room for 6 people. The area is quiet and safe, so not suitable for party-goers. The garden is large and there are seating areas in both sun and shade. Entrance via the entrance or patio door. Guest access There is room for two cars on the property. In a few minutes, you can walk through bright green beech forest to the area's common pool area with pool, splash pool, tennis court, mini golf course, ping pong table and playground. In 20 minutes, you can walk down to the Västersjön for a swim or fishing. Other things to note - Please leave the house in a clean and nice condition for the next guest. A checklist is located in the house. - Smoking is not allowed inside. - No pets allowed. - Waste sorting is desirable according to instructions in the house. - Remember to be part of the tranquility of the area and show consideration for our neighbors. - Guests are advised to bring their own sheets and towels, pillows and duvets are provided.
