The space The house is located in the VALLE DEL PEDREGAL development, which has surveillance and various recreational areas (soccer field, basketball and others). The house is located on the private street of Danubio and is made up of two levels distributed on the upper floor with two bedrooms, the first with a bunk bed (double and single bed), the second with a single bed, a full bathroom and a living space. On the ground floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed, full bathroom, kitchen-dining area and service area. Guest access The house has two parking spaces, however it is possible to park in the surroundings of the common area, without causing inconvenience to the neighbors. Access to the subdivision is by REGISTRATION IN THE SURVEILLANCE BOOTH and access to the private area is by a remote control of the gate (with vehicles). If it is pedestrian, an access key will be delivered. Other things to note The house has a pool area that is for shared use. In addition, inside the subdivision there is a soccer field, basketball court and walking area, the space is ideal for children and young people.
