Our house is located about 4 km from the historic old town of Heidelberg. We have a cat. Your cozy room is on the 2nd floor of our townhouse. In your room, next to the loft bed set into the wall, there is a desk, a high shelf for your personal belongings, a small sofa and a bookshelf The ladder to the loft bed is very steep! Registration number: ZE-2025-28-WZ-121B The accommodation tax of 3.50 per night is paid on site. The space We live in a friendly environment, rather quiet, yet central. Via the exit "Dossenheim" you can reach the A5 motorway in 5 minutes. By tram you are in 12 minutes at the central station, in 5 minutes in Neuenheimer Feld, in 15 minutes at Bismarckplatz. The bathroom is shared. I can therefore only guarantee cleanliness to a limited extent. On the floor where your room is, there are two other rooms that are sometimes rented. We have wifi. Please also note that the kitchen is not part of the offer. We can talk about use. Laundry possible in the laundromat, Hans Thoma Str. 20. The rooms and services are simple, but quite individual. You are responsible for cleaning the room you use alone during a longer stay. Also, please make sure that the bathroom is always clean after you use it. Cleaning supplies are in the drawer under the sink. Guest access To get to your room, you don't have to enter any of our rooms. You walk directly from the front door to the upper floor to your room. You can lock the room. During your stay If you have any questions, I can always be reached very quickly via WhatsApp, email, or Airbnb. We are usually quite busy ourselves, so there is not much time for joint activities with the guests. Other things to note You can talk to me about anything. Since I have a lot to do, the easiest way to communicate is via text message or WhatsApp. There is a laundromat 500 m from the house. The kitchen is not part of the rental. But we can talk to each other about usage. We have a cat.
