Villa Kati is a guest house in the village of Polkovnik Serafimovo located in the beautiful Rhodope mountains. The house is perfect for relaxation and taste the calmness of a Rhodopean village. Wake up in Villa Kati and having your morning coffee at the large terrace with views of the surrounding mountains, have a typical dinner at our open air kitchen or simply read a book under the shades of our 50 years old walnut tree (which I plated myself long time ago :) The space The house interior is cosy with beautiful wood carved furniture and ceilings in a Rhodopean style. A fully furnished kitchen is available to you with all utilities. A large dining room with a seperate siting room are at your disposal, where you can relax and enjoy your stay. Guest access Guests access the house from an indipendant entrance for maximum privacy. So you will enjoy the first and second floors of the villa Other things to note My wife Rouzha, dog Ari, cat Mima and I live happily here in villa Katy and will gladly host you for your vacations. Please get in touch if you're considering a longer stay! We have a German Shepard dog Ari and a cat - Mima, who live with us but they don't have access to the guests premises.
