Nestled 5 miles outside of Farmville, 3/4 mile from Sandy River Reservoir and 1/4 from Sandy River Retreat there is a bountiful opportunity for outdoor adventures. We are pet friendly. We do require visiting pets not be unattended while out on the property. The space is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer. Although we do not have a full size stove, there is a butane burner to cook on, microwave, and a toaster oven. Plenty of pots, pans and dishes/utensils. The living space has a dual double size electric recliner as well as a small antique love seat. The bedroom features a queen size memory foam mattress, desk, dresser, small closet and a twin air mattress that is available to be set up when needed. A welcoming book on the desk has the WiFi password and various other information about our establishment. Sandy River Reservoir located approximately 1/2 mile from farm as well as Sandy River Retreat located within walking distance.
