Private rental of a recent chalet, totally independent, in typical Savoyard Douglas fir (half-timbered style) near the resort of Les Carroz d'Arâches 74300 Haute-Savoie (Rhône-Alpes) The space The chalet is built on 3 levels: Description of the floor with an internal staircase overlooking the living room • Bedroom 1 with an electric bed with two 80 cm mattresses and a duvet for two people with standard 63 x 63 cm pillows and storage • Bedroom 2 with a pull-out bed with two 80 cm mattresses and 2 single duvets, standard 63 x 63 cm pillows and storage Description of the communicating ground floor • An entrance with a bathroom with bathtub and sink and a separate toilet • The living room is composed of: - A seating area with a corner sofa that can be converted into a pull-out bed (Possibility of 2 beds with two 80 cm mattresses and 2 single duvets, standard 63 x 63 cm pillows) and a wood-burning fireplace, a flat screen and a sound bar - An open kitchen area with fridge, multi-function oven, 2 glass plates, sink and all the necessary kitchenware (plus fondue machine, raclette, crepe maker...) - A dining area with a large table This room has 3 bay windows that overlook a 2 m20 wide L-shaped balcony with tables and chairs. • Bedroom 3 with an electric bed with two 80 cm mattresses and duvet for two people, standard 63 x 63 cm pillows and storage The heating is underfloor Description of the ground floor communicating with an internal staircase • Entrance + outbuilding (with washing machine). • Bedroom 4 overlooking a terrace of 18 m², consisting of a pull-out bed with two 80 cm mattresses and 2 single duvets, standard pillows and a kitchenette • Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. • Bedroom 5 with two single beds (two 90 cm mattresses and 2 single duvets standard 63 x 63 cm pillows), wardrobe and storage bridge furniture. The heating is underfloor The chalet is built on a plot of 360 m2, has a garage and parking spaces. Guest access The chalet is located at the end of the Route des Champs, 500 meters from the "Arâches" stop of the free ski bus line C. Cross the village of Arâches. You pass in front of the church and the bakery. Turn right just after the speed bump. We are the second chalet at the end of the Route des Champs on the left side of the road. The village of Les Carroz is located in the heart of Haute-Savoie. A village of 1700 inhabitants located at an altitude of 1140 m. Easy to access, just 10 km from the A40 highway exit, the village is located 45 minutes from Geneva (Geneva airport), by car 2 hours from Lyon and 5 hours from Paris. SNCF station in Cluses 10 km away. Shuttle bus and taxis. Other things to note Before your departure the cottage must be tidied (under beds, dishes...) the garbage cans must be emptied as well as the refrigerators
