The villa has been recently renovated to include new water heaters, new bathroom in rm5, renovated pool to include waterfall, and the addition of fiber internet (7/22). Every room has AC, and we have a generator just encase the area experiences a brownout. House adheres to all COVID-19 Protocols, staff is vaccinated. It also has five security cameras mandated by Filipino law for your safety on 24/7, located at the concierge counter, at the front overlooking the pool area, at the front looking at the entrance, in the backyard looking at the gazebo, and one in Dining room looking towards the kitchen. The villa is located on a hillside, ten minute walk from downtown Coron (3-5 minute trike ride), and close to Mount Tapyas which has a great view of the island and surrounding waters. It is close to Coron proper while being far enough to enjoy peace and quiet during the nighttime or enjoy a private party. The villa has three separate lounge areas including a gazebo and rooftop tiki hut w/ hammock to help you unwind and relax. The pool deck is great for hosting parties and grilling with friends and family. We have single size tatami floor mattresses (can accommodate an additional 5-10 pax) for groups over 10, they are comfortable. An extra charge per person over 10 is automatically added. Extra amenities available for a fee include- : in-house massage, private cook (coordinate in advance), full laundry service, and exclusive tour packages. Restaurants are down the street (5 minute walk, ranging from local to McDonalds). Trikes and vans come right up to the villa. The entire house is accessible except for staff quarters. Guests have access to the whole villa (including staff restrooms near the service counter) except for the staff quarters. The wait staff is available to help accommodate but will retire to their quarters after hours. They can help arrange exclusive tour packages from scuba diving to travelling to the hot springs. The villa is located near Mount Tapyas, which overlooks the city of Coron. Stunning mountain view sunsets can be seen from either the tiki hut at the very top of the house or from couches on the patio. Hot springs are about a 30-minute van drive. Private boat tours can be arranged to scuba dive the sunken ships in the bay or look at the coral. Staff can help arrange for transportation if you don't want to use a trike, and the town of Coron is an easy 10 minute stroll from the villa. We ask for a little patience/understanding as the island has third world infrastructure so brownouts, roads being washed out, water shortages, and internet outages do occur.
