Ocean 27 - Entire Beach House with Heated Pool

"Ocean 27” is a beautiful relaxed 5 bedroom beach house sleeping 10 guests. It is located only 7 minutes walk from Macmasters Beach with views of the ocean and Copacabana headland. It’s also a short stroll to Bouddi National Park with great hikes to the famous Maitland Bay Beach. With two entertainment decks, alfresco dinning next to the heated lap pool, sunroom, entertainment area and games, Ocean 27 is the perfect relaxed beach escape for families & Friends. The space The house is a relaxed beach hosue with all the essentials for your stay… If you are seeking a slick modern home this one is not for you, Ocean 27 is not pretentious and understands the brief of a beach home. Kick back and enjoy and not to worry about the sand being brought in. It has three bedroom upstairs, the master with en suite and built in wardrobes. Another bathroom and toilet services the two other rooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the other has two single beds. All rooms are light and sunny looking over the trees. All linen is provided. Watch the sunrise over the ocean from the upstairs living room and kitchen, you might see a whale or two. Two decks on either side of the house ensure you get sun throughout the day. Take some time out and have a nap or read on the front balcony or get cozy by the wood fire place in the living room. Downstairs there is an entertainment room with table tennis and other games. It leads out on to the patio with a 10 seater outdoor table with a new BBQ. Adjacent to that games room downstairs is another 2 bedrooms with queen beds + bathroom and extra lounge room with a tv for the kids or adults. Stepping outside you look over the 15 meter heated lap pool drenched in sun, with sun lounges and an umbrella. (The pool is not heated in the winter months due to the heating mechanism in June, July and August). There is a surf club, kids rock pool, and a great break for the surfers. Take a morning walk along the sand to Copacabana headland and stop off at one of NSW’s finest coffee shops and bakery (burnt honey) For the hikers, you are only a short stroll to Bouddi National Park, where a ‘must-do’ hike to Maitland Bay beach should be top of your itinerary.
