Grade II Listed House in Private Woodland

The house is a beautiful Grade II listed lodge, built in 1820, with 2 acres of private woodland. At the heart of Northumberland, this is a great location to explore the coastline less than 20 minutes away, the ancient castles and hike in the National Parks! And if you peek over the stone wall at the weekend, you are likely to catch a game of cricket next door! The space The lodge is a perfect place for a family retreat or holidays with friends, set in 2 acres of mature woodland. With 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room and separate dining room, the lodge can sleep up to 8. It is ideal for one or two families wanting to explore the Northumberland coast. A high chair is available. The master bedroom and second bedroom both comprises of a king size bed with brand new mattresses, and a third room has a set of wooden bunk beds. Please note that the fireplace in the sitting room is available for use, but not the other two gas stoves. THE WOODLAND While the woodland is suitable for kids (den building, hide and seek, fruit picking), it is a mature wood therefore parents must keep their children supervised at all time. Guest access The access to the South Lodge property is through a gate with ample parking space.
