The space Historic house (partially renovated) that can accommodate up to 5 people, equipped with modern amenities (satellite TV, DVD player, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, steamer, blender, heated towel rails, Wi-Fi). Organic products not tested on animals. Board games, books, and magazines. Outdoor furniture and games in season. Picnic table in the orchard. Bed and bath linen is not provided; however if you wish, we can provide it for you: to be specified when booking (complete kit per person 20 euros). Similarly, if you do not wish to do the end of stay cleaning, you are offered a flat fee of 50 euros. These services are payable upon arrival. Electricity (beyond 15kwh/d) is not included in the price: to be paid at the start according to actual consumption. The house includes a living room (sofa bed with a Bultex 140-cm mattress, dining table with 5 chairs) that opens onto a fully equipped kitchen. A first bathroom includes a large sink, shower, and toilet. The bedroom has a surface area of about 25m2 and includes a 160 bed for 2 people, a bed for one person as well as a small table and 2 chairs. The second bathroom has private access from the bedroom: it includes a sink, a bidet, a small bathtub with a shower unit, and a toilet. Stays are for a minimum of 2 nights (except during school holidays, when the minimum is 3 nights, and in summer, when the minimum is 4 nights).
