It is fully equipped, on the ground floor of my house, in the best area 10 minutes from the city center of Narbonne, the market halls, St-Just Cathedral and the tourist office. The beaches are 20 minutes away and Spain is only 1 hour 15 minutes away. Quiet and functional for a relaxing stay. The space The night location: a double bed (140 X 200 cm), double pull-out bed (80 X 200 cm); 2 headboard shelves, a walk-in closet. Baby crib/stroller on request and free of charge. Kitchen and dining area: functional kitchen with plenty of storage, accessories (trash can, bowl, dishes, cutlery, saucepan, frying pan, Dutch oven and cleaning products), ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker with pods (coffee, tea, sugar) and a toaster. A table (2 extensions) 2 chairs, 2 stools. A wall-mounted TV. Bathroom & toilet: A spacious shower with shampoo and shower gel. Linens: Bed linens, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths as well as dish towels are provided. Air-conditioned: 25 m2 studio on the ground floor of a townhouse in a quiet area. The studio is close to shops and tourist attractions. Wi-Fi Guest access Intercom at the house entrance, camera in the common entrance hall. Private studio access. Bicycles and motorcycles have free access to my garage adjoining the accommodation. Lockbox in case of absence. Other things to note In order to meet health standards, I use Sanytol products to clean between each rental. They are available to guests for cleaning. - SANYTOL destroys 99.9% of bacteria, fungi and H1N1 viruses Cleans and sanitizes many surfaces. - Bleach-free product. - Dermatologically tested product. - Product meeting EN 14476 and EN13697 standards.
