Contemporary house composed of a large living room with open kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a large terrace overlooking a heated 6*3 m pool (The pool will be heated from May to the end of September). The house has a ping pong table, a trampoline for children and a landscaped garden. Linens and towels will be available upon arrival. New in 2023: petanque court! The space Our accommodation is located in St Nicolas de Redon, 5 minutes from the Aumée pond (water sports), 15 minutes from Gacilly (photo exhibition, artisans, Yves Rocher...), 30 minutes from Rochefort-en-Terre (village voted the most beautiful in France in 2016) and 45 minutes from the beaches. And if you want to spend quiet days, a heated pool is available. Guest access The entire property will be available Other things to note We have 2 cats, they are clean, and they live mostly outside. We'll just ask you to give them their daily kibble.
