A large 2-storey villa with 4 bedrooms Water and electricity aren't included in the price.Cleaning 1 time per week . Please be informed . We are not responsible for the blackout on the island :) The space Villa is located on a hill, in a secure estate with its own private beach of Thongsong Bay. The villa consists of four bedrooms. Upstairs there is a spacious living room with soft zone and TV with DVD-player and satellite channels. In addition, there is a modern fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a dining table for eight persons. The villa has a beautiful view to the bay and frequent pool under the window. On the shore there is a large communal swimming pool, a five-star hotel with excellent restaurant, bar and spa facilities. This place is perfect for families with children. Guest access On the beach there is a large shared swimming pool with sun loungers Other things to note On the beach (within walking distance) there two restaurants, other restaurants, shops and markets are located 3 km from the villa Electricity&water is not included in the price. It must be paid the day of departure. Electricity 7 THB +7% VAT per 1 unit. Water 1000 THB per week (fix price) ____________________________________________ Damage deposit 500$ (Must be paid on check - in day) The cost of electricity depends on how you use the air conditioning.
