A cozy apartment which suits big family or friends group and business workers to stay. Simple and complete and clean for comfortable stay. Our apartment is located next to Jordan MTR station exit D. It is very accessible to all tourist spots or any visiting place in Hong Kong. We value our guests by providing excellent services to ensure Comfort, Hygiene, & Safety. The space Welcome to Hong Kong. Thank you for choosing our place and we will be very happy to host you. Our apartment is about 700s.f located in 4/F of Block A of Pak On Bldg Austin Road, Jordan. The building have 2 lifts for the convenience of our guest and our building is accessible 24 hours daily with Bldg Guard on duty 24/7. Our flat is situated in a residential place, therefore we do not allow parties and we encourage guest not to create noise after 11pm. We have total 4 bedrooms that comes in different sizes. We have rooms from single to triple occupancy. Each room have it's own private toilet, TV, aircon & wifi access. Guest have full privacy inside their individual rooms. In the sitting room, we have a small counter and a sofa bed to welcome our guest or a relaxation area for some guest. We have wifi access everywhere of our premises. We have a small & dry pantry with basic facilities such as fridge, microwave and water hot/cold dispenser. The first bottle of water is complimentary to every guest. Additional water can be obtain upon request and we charge HKD70 per water bottle. Delivery can be arranged 1 day ahead of time. We have also few stackable stools and folding tables for guest use. We do not charge cleaning fee, therefore we expect guest to maintain cleanliness of the area and facilities provided. Unless the guest mess up the place that we need heavy cleaning and we reserved our rights to charge our guest of cleaning and laundry fees. Bath towels are provided for complimentary use of Guest and for personal hygiene purposes only. Please do not use the bath towel to wipe the floor or dirty object that would cause stain. Otherwise we will charge guest with HKD100 for every stained or defaced towels. It is very convenient with easy access to transportation. Airport Bus A21 is available, 40 minutes to Hengfeng Center, Tongdun Road Station, two minutes on foot, Hongdae. If you take the high-speed rail to West Kowloon Station, or if you take a boat to the ferry pier in Hong Kong, you can walk to the building in 10 minutes. One to two minutes walk from the building to Jordan MTR station, which is a tourist attraction. 15 minutes to Ocean Park, 30 minutes to Hong Kong Disneyland. Nearby tourist attractions and shopping malls. 15 minutes walk to Star Pier, Victoria Harbour, Avenue of Stars and Harbour City. We have a Hong Kong Hotel and Hospitality Business License. There are four rooms in the house, all with private washrooms, and there are double rooms, and there are also three different people.TV in each room, air conditioning and wireless internet. The living room has a high and low table and two sofa beds.Comfortable and relaxing. There is also a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, hot and cold water dispenser.We have prepared a large bottle of sparkling water for your hospitality. We do not charge any cleaning fee, we kindly ask our guests to keep the place clean and tidy, and to leave the place clean and tidy before checking out. Towels can be provided. Guests are requested to keep the towels clean and sanitary, never to be used to wipe the floor or any rust, any stained or damaged towels will be charged HK $100 per towel. We have 24 hours building access with lift service. Our apartment is accessible 24 hours daily with Bldg security guard on duty 24/7 in the main entrance. For everyone’s safety, please do not let any strangers enter the premises. Each guest are provided with door password and has their own room key for their safety and privacy. Guest can use Common area for relaxation or to receive your guests for a chat and relaxation! We have a landline available in the counter for everyone to use. For the safety of our valued guests, please do not open the door to any stranger, we will give you the door code and room key for safety.
