Quiet country home with easy access to Burlington

Want to rest in a quiet country setting yet maintain easy access to Burlington, the airport and other amenities? We absolutely love living on a rural dirt road, yet being only a 10-15 minute drive to everything we need. Our mobile home is on a rural 2 acre lot. Walk or drive 1/4 of a mile down the road and have access to the beautiful Colchester pond with a 3.5-4 mile trail looping around. BTV Airport - 15 min Downtown Burlington- 15-20 min Grocery Store -5 min Other things to note This home is on a dirt road. The town does a great job keeping it smooth, but there may occasionally be potholes. We've entirely renovated this home in the past 2 years. We're now working on some outdoor upgrades. Things may be out of place a bit as we go about that.
