FERI Homestead - Brda

The house is located in the village of Hum and overlooks nearby vineyards. Spacious apartment (115 m2) is suitable for families as well as couples or small groups up to 5 people. Free parking on premises for 2 cars. Grocery store and “Briška hiša” restaurant are reachable by foot. *BREAKFAST*: homemade breakfast is optional by prior agreement *PETS*: pets are allowed by prior agreement ** SINGLE GUESTS**: unfortunately we can not welcome single guests due to the size of the apartment. The space Homestead Feri is located in the middle of Goriška Brda region, in the village of Hum. The interior ambient is designed in "mediterranean" style, with bright and spacious living area with a dining room and a private kitchen. The sleeping area has two comfortable bedrooms with one bathroom. The terrace is accessible from the living room and overlooks the hilly landscape. Guest access Entire apartment is located in 1st floor with private entrance. Other things to note *TURIST TAX* not included in the price and must be paid at the end of your stay in the amount of 2,50 €/person/night. *BREAKFAST* optional by prior agreement: 12,00 €/person
