Welcome to Permata! Where we will try to make your stay with us as feels like home as possible. The room that you will be staying will be located in a house so you may be meeting some of our friendly residents in the common area. The house is located in a quite neighborhood. The house owners live quite near the house itself so please do not hesitate to give us a call with any questions or if you need anything else that we can provide you with. The space Place is set up as is but if you need anything else than what has been provided, please do ask us and we will provide you with what we have or be more than happy to help you get it. Since there is quite some space in this building, you might have company in the shared area but all people will have their own room. Shared areas are shared among all occupants.
