Our apartment/our holiday home should be a second home for you. They should be able to feel good and rest. We have put a lot of effort into furnishing and hope you will find everything you need. The following house rules should be an assistance for a harmonious stay. We've also listed some rules that we hope to understand. Through a proper treatment of the apartment, you will continue to help us in the future to offer you and other guests satisfactory premises. GENERAL (Kitchen) If you are missing anything at the facility or if you need help, contact us with confidence. All items that are in the apartment/ in the holiday home or on the balcony or terrace, may and should be used by the guests. Please handle the entire furnishings and inventory with care and treat the rental property with care. Please ensure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental conditions. Please treat the kitchen equipment and the technical equipment with care. Since a soiled kitchen does not delight anyone, please only put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cabinets in clean and dry condition. Please do not place hot pots and other hot items on the tables or countertop without coasters. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please leave the interior of oven and microwave in clean condition. DAMAGE No one intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would appreciate if you could tell us about the damage that has occurred and we will not find it until after your departure at the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damages, in the amount of the replacement costs. VENTILATION To avoid mold formation, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least 1x ventilation a day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering. DILIGENCE We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions. The front door should generally be closed and locked by key when leaving the house. Likewise, all windows must be closed when leaving the apartment in order to avoid possible damage due to severe weather or burglary. The resources of water and electricity must be handled gently. DISPOSAL The waste is separated by residual waste, glass, paper and packaging with the green dot. Corresponding containers are available on the premises. Please only use garbage cans and cosmetics in the bathroom with garbage bags and dispose of them locked in the residual waste can. No waste, food scraps, harmful liquids or the like may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, toilets, sinks and shower! Avoid anything that can lead to clogging of the pipes (no hygiene items in the toilet). CLEANING If you have an accident (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to remove this immediately. We ask you to leave the apartment swept clean upon departure and cleanly put all the used dishes back in the cabinets. QUIET TIMES! In the spirit of a good neighborhood, we ask you to observe public quiet times such as lunch, night and Sunday rest. Also in the apartment itself, quiet should be maintained between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. out of consideration. No house or garden parties are allowed on our premises! Wi-Fi In the apartment/in the holiday home, a wireless internet connection (Wi-Fi) is available. Please ask us for the access code. You use the Internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the tenant's internet use. The Wi-Fi usage rules must also be taken into account for the use of internet access via Wi-Fi. SMOKER Smoking is not allowed in the apartment/cottage. Please leave the apartment/cottage to smoke. PETS Pets not allowed. PARKING It can be parked directly in front of the apartment/cottage. Insofar as a parking space is provided to you, this does not result in a custody contract.
