Both have closet space, tv with cable in master. 3rd bedroom is used as an office, with space for your laptop and devices. Sofa bed opens to accommodate 1 more adult or 2 children. Air mattress is available for set up in the living room if needed. Nice sized backyard with covered patio, and large, fenced in diving pool for your enjoyment. Two car garage, with space for your vehicle and for some storage. Guest access Access to the whole house, backyard, pool, and garage. Other things to note The Phoenix Open begins in February. Spring Training is in February, March and April. All year round are: Museums, Parks, Zoos and Aquariums, Theaters and Concerts, Jeep tours into the desert, and so much more! My house is centrally located to all of these attractions.
