Seagull house

Modernist stone house surrounded with a beautiful mediterranean garden (2000 m2) with parking. Apartment is on the first floor of the house (100 m2), with quite large 4 rooms. There are two bathrooms, two terraces and kitchen on the ground floor with a large terrace. The house is only 5 minutes walk to the old city center, the sea and beaches (Jelsa is known for its beaches). Sometimes when in center are held noisy concerts and festivities in our house is really quiet.
