Casa Max - A place to feel good

El Pozo de los Frailes is an idyllic, quiet village near the sea (2 km) with all amenities: small supermarket, restaurants, playground and sports field, tourist information. The place in the middle of the natural park "Cabo de Gata" invites you to relax and is at the same time starting point for hikes and excursions (no public transport). Wonderful coves and beaches ("Monsul") are a few minutes drive. The space casa max is a townhouse with wonderful views of the Surroundings of El Pozo de los Frailes. It was renovated in 2015/2016. In the entrance area of the house you find a furnished shaded terrace. The ground floor consists of a spacious open plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen. Also a bathroom with shower and toilet. A marble staircase leads to the upper floor. 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet, and sun terrace, which is also furnished. Facilities include a SATELLITE TV with DVD/CD in the living area and in the 2-bed room. All rooms have ceiling fans. In addition, there is air conditioning/heating and stereo on the ground floor. Duvet cover and towels (No beach towel) are mandatory. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available for use. For a pleasant beach trip we offer a beach lounger and umbrella, as well as cooler bag with cooling batteries. It can be parked right in front of the house.
