2 km from Caen, for rent brand new 26 m2 studio in a quiet area, adjoining the main house with an independent entrance. Close to vocational and university training centers, and public transport. Weekly rental only, suitable for work-study training, or business travel. The space this is a small, comfortable studio, equipped with all the necessities. The rapido sofa, which has a real mattress, turns into a bed. However, it may be less comfortable for 2 people. The entrance to the studio is completely independent and overlooks a small terrace and a garden that tenants can enjoy at their leisure.
