It is located in a modern commercial area of the city with varied and interesting gastronomic places. It is close and very well-communicated with the public transport to all the central parts of the city. The space The apartment is located in a block of flats which is situated on a central avenue and has five entrances, ours is the third entrance. The apartment is located on the third floor, which can be reached by stairs or the elevator. Getting to the third floor you should face the street, then the apartment will be on the right-hand side. A black iron door leads to a small square hall, where you will find two iron doors, one in front of you and one to the right, your apartment is on the right. A one-step platform leads to the apartment door. Through the door you enter the corridor. To the right of the corridor there is a door leading to the bathroom and in front there is a door to the room. From the room you can get to the small cooking area. All these spaces: the corridor, the bathroom, the bedroom and the kitchen belong to the apartment you are going to rent. The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub with a shower, a toilet bowl, a large illuminated mirror and a washing machine, which is only at your disposal. The bathroom has an electric water heater with a capacity of 70 liters, which provides the bathroom with hot water. To the left of the entrance to the room there is a hanger and shelves so as not to take coats, shoes, hats, etc. into the room. The floor in the hallway is ceramic. The room is medium in size, it has two comfortable beds. Above the bed there is a shelf that can be used as night tables. To the right of the beds there is a closet with hangers and shelves. To the left of the beds, next to the window, there is a sitting area that can be used both for work and for eating: a small coffee table and a comfortable sofa. Right in front of this dining area there is a small cooking area. It is small, but it has all the necessary components to prepare or heat a simple meal. It has a small electric water heater. There is a portable electric stove, microwave, toaster. There is a mini fridge and a very small freezer part in it. The kitchen is ventilated through a small window. To the left of the entrance to the room a long shelf hangs on the wall and can be used as a table; there are two small backless stools. This space can also be used to work and eat. There is heating in the room: a large radiator that heats it well, and there is also air conditioning for the hot season. Guest access All the premises described above belong to this apartment. The only common area is a small square entrance to which the door of the apartment opens. This space is shared by the owners and tenants of the apartment. Other things to note In the apartment there is no smoking area, therefore, if you are a smoker and decide to rent the apartment, please do not smoke in the room. You can do it outside the apartment, at the entrance before the main door, where there is something like a balcony, and you can smoke there. There is no hair dryer in the apartment. If you need a hair dryer, you can let me know in advance and we will lend you one for free. There is also no iron in the room. Ironing services are available at an additional cost. You will find the price list of services in the room. In the kitchen you will find: instant coffee and tea bags and sugar. Cleaning is possible upon your request and will cost a certain fee, which will be indicated in the price list in the room.
