Manoir Les Touches – Villa Chenin

Located within the grounds of our 16th Century Manor House alongside Anjou and Bonnezeaux, Chenin offers cosy rustic accommodation suitable for a family or couple. This was the 2nd outbuilding we renovated back in 1994 and it was originally a cellar. It was renovated to create the welcoming 2 bedroomed cottage it is today. It’s metre thick walls and double glazed windows and doors provides a cool respite from the summer heat or a snug retreat for early or late year holidays. The space The front door opens into the main hall, giving access to the two bedrooms and bathrooms and passing on through to the living area. The master bedroom with a queen size bed has it’s own private shower and toilet, whereas the other shower room and toilet gives private facilities to the 2nd bedroom occupants. The 2nd bedroom has the option in sleeping accommodation of a queen size double or twin. The living area offers a kitchen/dining area with a comfortable sitting area too. The Cottage boasts a lovely covered back terrace offering ‘al fresco’ eating at its best. The terrace which enjoys afternoon and evening sun is also well situated to enjoy the wonderful sunsets over the surrounding rolling French countryside. Guest access Guests have access to a laundry room (with 3 washing machines) an indoor games room, a heated covered shared swimming pool ( normally available from the beginning of May to end of September) and outdoor child's play area. There is also the grounds giving space to relax or children to play. A new spiral garden has been planted in autumn 2017 for our guests wanting to sit amongst the plants in our newly erected kiosk. Other things to note House towels and linen are provided but please bring your own swimming towels. Adequate end of stay cleaning is expected. Registration Details 491041031801
