All prices listed are final and non negotiable. The space This large rustic Mediterranean themed villa has an infinity pool directly overlooking the Arabian sea. The open plan living area opens directly onto the pool deck. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows wrap around the entire villa - offering picturesque panaromic views. The villa comprises of 4 bedrooms with doubles, a library/den room, 5 full bathrooms, living room, dining room, Equipped kitchen, Steam room, Infinity Pool, Jacuzzi and a Garden. 3 Air-conditioned Master Bedrooms with Double Beds are Ensuite, opening directly into the Infinity Pool with direct views of the Sea. The large 4th Bedroom overlooks the Garden and has an attached Bathroom equipped with a Steam room and a Home Gym Machine. The Den has a TV that comes attached with an extra HDMI wire and USB inputs to attach any of your entertainment devices (Please note - There is no Cable tv or WIFI available in the house). The Infinity Pool comes with an attached Jacuzzi directly overlooking the beach and Arabian Sea. Dining - This is a Self Catered House so you are encouraged to bring your own food and staff. Meals can be requested in advance at an additional cost. Menu and Timings will be predecided and fixed. Extra charges : Veg Rs 1300 and Non Veg Rs 1500 per person per day. Cleaning - The entire house is cleaned once a day from 9am - 1pm. The house help is available to help you during the hours of 9am to 3pm and 5pm to 11pm. No Parties/Events Things to Note Alibag is notorious for its electricity outages. In case of electricity outages we have a DG set in the house, however it will be switched on during the hours of 9pm to 7am. However if the guests choose, The DG set can be run for further hours at an additional cost. Guest access Guests are allowed to use all parts of the house including all 4 Bed Rooms, TV Room, Kitchen, Pool, Steam etc. Other things to note We would like guests to take care of the house and the furniture. There is No Smoking allowed inside of the house. Please feel free to light up on the Deck Area. Our house caretakers are there during regular hours (8am to 3pm and 5pm to 11pm). We allow maximum of 8 guests in the Price Listed. Additional Guests beyond 8 will be Charged at Rs. 4000 per guest per night. Fixed Meals can be arranged at Rs 2000 per guest per night.
