ARCHONTIKO is a two-storey building, built on a plot of 1000 sq.m. with wild natural vegetation and bird sounds. It has 3 bedrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people in total, [individually, or with families] Quick access to airport, cosmos -Waterland- Halkidiki. Our quiet neighborhood ensures peace and quiet. We are waiting for you to enjoy unforgettable moments. The space With the heart you see better, the essence is not seen by the eyes. The houses resemble the people who inhabit them... We are here for you... The house is 50 meters from the center of Peraia, and in the 100 meters around it there is a super market, bakery, tavern, cafes, goodies, bus stop, local market every Monday, laundry, pizzeria, etc. In 12 minutes on foot, and 1 minute by bus you are in the sea. In the dining room of our huge garden, you can enjoy your breakfast and your afternoon with Greek flavors and fragrant natural wine. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and surrounding area. The kitchen opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 10 p.m. You can also enjoy your coffee and food in the dining room of our garden. Everything comes to the house with delivery.
