En suite shower and WC. There is a kitchen area with sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Central heating and WiFi The space This suite is self contained and forms part of a 5 storey house situated only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Brighton and 150 metres from the beach. A perfect Location. No Smoking please anywhere in the Building. Please note the toilet is quite small. Please be aware if there are any mobility issues. Contact me if you need more information PARKING: There is on street pay parking in the area. There are 2 options. The closest is Marine Parade, The seafront road at the bottom of my street. The cost is from £2 per hour but free between 8pm and 9am. Cost for 24 hours is about £14-16. This street gets very busy and you may find it difficult to find a space. A cheaper option is Freshfield rd. The cost is from £1 per hour but free between 8pm and 9am. The cost for 24 hours is approx £7-8. It is generally much easier to find a space to park and is about 5-8 minutes walk from the house. In both cases you can pay by phone so you don't need to return to the car to top up the meter. Other things to note The room is on the second floor. There is no lift, only stairs. The WC is small and may present access issues to some guests.
