Spacious large double bedroom with own bathroom

This light & airy double glazed bay fronted double room in the heart of Shoreham-by-Sea overlooks our quiet tree lined road. The room features its own table and sofa areas, Tv, has tea/coffee facilities and has sole use of the refurbished bathroom. Free on street parking, 3 minute walk to the train station with the town and beach just a slightly further walk. The space This spacious guest room has a tea/coffee area with kettle and an "Amazon fire" tv in the room together with a sofa and dining table and chairs. Featuring some Shoreham themed art this large room also has super fast wifi. This first floor bedroom has sole use of the refitted Victorian style bathroom along the landing which features a claw foot bath with rainfall and standard shower over with lovely blue tiles, basin and matching WC and large mirror. If you would like a cooked / other breakfast with fresh coffee for a small additional fee please let me know when booking. Feel free to sit in our sunny south facing garden while here too. Early bag drop off /key pick up and late bag pick up could be accommodated too (advance notice required) - ask when booking. FREE on street car parking and no cleaning fees. If you would like to bring your dog PLEASE MESSAGE ME FIRST before booking as our two might be nervous of yours, thank you, and we might charge an extra cleaning fee for a doggy stay too. Please note we do not accept "third party bookings" from large companies and for stays longer than 2 weeks please contact me first. Guest access There is a small door step and then a flight of stairs to the first floor where the bedroom is at the front of the house and the exclusive bathroom is 3 meters along the landing. We also have a separate single bedroom with daybed / single bed which might be suitable for guests wanting 2 beds, or a 3rd person to join them. Please ask about details before booking as this would be a slight extra as involve additional cleaning, prep, laundry etc. During your stay We can interact with you as much or as little as you would like, it is your choice. Once we have given you the key and offered you any food or drink recommendations that you may like it is up to you, its your vacation! Other things to note Our two small and friendly Jack Russells will greet you and then leave you to your stay. We don't allow them into our guest room so your room will be a dog free zone!
