Cottage in Artins

The residence is a large farmhouse 30 meters long on two floors, on the banks of the Loir, 25 minutes from Vendôme, 40 minutes from Amboise or Blois. It also serves as an artists' residence and exhibition venue. Located in a hamlet, it is a peaceful oasis in the middle of nature with a swimming pool on the edge of a small private wood, not overlooked. The space The house is very nice, the rooms are large and a large kitchen opens onto the outdoor terrace. Each of the 5 bedrooms is equipped with a double bed from 140 to 180 cm depending on the bedroom. The bedding is almost new. Linens, towels and dish towels are provided. There are 2 shower rooms on the ground floor, 2 toilets and 1 bathroom upstairs + 1 toilet. The fireplace works but it is not recommended for use in the presence of young children. Large trees provide beautiful shade and the pool area is not overlooked for discreet enjoyment from May, April to the end of September. It is protected by an electric curtain to close when adults leave the space. Guest access All areas are available to guests except the "gallery area" which remains closed outside of exhibitions. Other things to note Angélique, the housekeeper, will welcome you and answer your questions about how the house works. She will also be present on the day you leave.
