This great family apartment is located in tourist area in popular and gated complex " Messogios" with s/pool , children garden and 24 hrs guarding services. It is just opposite organised beach, 2 min walk to all main amenities like supermarkets Metro and LIDL, bars, restaurants, bus station , 6 km from city historical center. Tidy ,well maintained and organised, fully equipped with all house hold equipment. Come and enjoy quality time with your family or friends in great apartment. The space position of the apartment, friendly atmosphere, good service, clean space and environment. Guest access to the garden of the complex, children area and nice, big s/pool, where they can have fun with their family,friends.When s/pool bar is open also any kind of drink around the pool., safe and clean environment., especially important for families with children. Easy and quick access to the beach, main road,supermarket, bakery and only 1 min from bus city station. Other things to note Please NOTE that in case of staying for more days ( for any longer period that exceed 4 days of minimum stay) , you will be charged extra for electricity and water consumption from first day of your stay. For electricity price will be 0.36 cent Euro per Kw of electricity and according the official prices of Public electricity authority of Cyprus . Actual consumption of electricity will be measured on electricity meter for the apartment . Water will be charged in fix amount 1,50 per day if apartment is fully occupied with more than 2 people. In case of one or two persons only the charge will be fixed to 1.00 euro per day . Also for minimum stay of 4 days , price will be in total increased by 10 percent on my averidge daily price as the cost of electricity, water and maintaining will be included in the total price. In some cases and out of 2 most expensive periods in a year ( summer and winter when consuming of electricity and water is highest ) I may decide not to charge guests extra in case of minimum stay of 4 days. Please consider my additional rules before you book my place and always ask questions in case you didn't understand my requirements . I would like to avoid misunderstanding in between us as much as possible. Thank you .
