OCEAN HILL

Ocean Hill is a jungle home over looking the Andaman sea, only 700 meters distant. This is gorgeous wild nature with Hornbills sailing through the tree tops, sea eagles soaring, monkeys harvesting fruit at the forest edge, and sea rocks foaming with white water in the bay. At night the cicadas and crickets sound under clear skies full of stars. Minutes away are beach roads full of local village restaurants and glowing lights of driftwood cafes. Koh Phayam is still an undeveloped tropical gem. The space This is an introductory offer for the relisting of Ocean Hill with arguably the loveliest ocean view on Koh Phayam. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and also in the loft. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. A word of caution: The Ocean Hill residence is on a jungle hill top. The path from the main road is an approximately 500 meter dirt track with 30 meter up and down hill slope. It may be rough for some people. I am very small woman with a motor scooter, and the road is not a problem for me. But if you do not trust your ability to handle a motor scooter, this may not be the best place for you. There is also a steep 50 meter concrete driveway up to the parking area. But parking is also available below with steps up for anyone who would rather walk up to the house. Guest access Guests have the entire property to themselves. Other things to note Ocean Hill is only 700 meters from the sea, but there is no access through the forest. It is about 4 kilometers by motor bike to 2 of the largest beaches in either direction.
