Narra Hill - Balcony Room

The Balcony Room is situated on the topmost part of the property. Its view is the best! The room has a four poster bed, with a balcony in the front. It has to be experienced to be appreciated! The space A room with a view! It is perched on top of the property with a sweeping view of Taal Volcano and Lake. Surrounded by lush greenery. Guest access Access to shared pools (plunge pool & infinity pool) and garden. During your stay I interact as much as the guests desire :-) Other things to note PLEASE REVIEW OUR HOUSE RULES: - Check-in time is from 2:00PM to 8:00PM only. Check-out is strictly at 12:00PM. - Only registered guests are allowed on the property. - Breakfast is served from 8:00-10:00AM only, we will ask your preferred time upon check-in. - We serve home cooked meals for our overnight guest, but you must order in advance. - No cooking or outside food allowed (PHP300 per person fine). Corkage fee of PHP300 per bottle for outside drinks. - No pets allowed inside (except for Premier Suites with a charge of PHP1,000 per pet per night). - No smoking indoors, including open areas of the Kubos (PHP2,000 fine per incident). - No open flames/candles allowed in the room. - We request: no footwear indoors (particularly on bamboo floors). - Strictly no loud music, parties and events. - Respect other guests and keep noise levels down. - Pool hours are from 6:00AM to 10:00PM, guests must wear proper swimwear. - Children must be supervised at all times. - We encourage you to conserve energy. Please turn off the lights/air-conditioner when not in use. IMPORTANT: Late check out fee is PHP 1,000 from 12:00PM-2:00PM, 25% of the room rate from 2:00PM-6:00PM, and 100% of the room rate beyond 6:00 PM (subject to availability). FORCE MAJEURE and ROOM NIGHTS - REBOOKING AND REFUNDS: All dates affected by the following natural calamities can be rebooked or refunded. - Volcano Alert Level 3 and above - Typhoon Signal Number 2 and above - Earthquake - Magnitude 6 and above
