Ocean View Villa, over looking the beautiful bay of Haad Salad, modern, stylish, comfortable villa for friends or family, Large house 389 square metres with a very large pool in tropical gardens perfect for up to Eight guests perfect location for the beach, town, and many bars and restaurants in the area, walk to local taxi stand (15 minutes), our villa is at the end of a small road, very private, very quiet, no traffic, no chickens, just peace, quiet, private The space We are very happy to welcome you to Ocean view villa, this beautiful villa completed in 2015 is your perfect tropical getaway, this villa offers a fantastic living space with fully equipped kitchen , very large living area , huge comfy sofa with a guest toilet and shower, infinity pool over looking the bay, outside pool shower with walk in sala perfect for relaxing and BBQ’ing on those hot lazy days, Our villa has walk around balconies on both floors with a lovely breeze flowing through the house from the ceiling to floor sliding doors, you can open the house to give a real feeling of inside outside living, no expense was spared when building this villa as you will see, from to the marble bathrooms to the granite work tops, included for your convenience, Our host will show you everything you need and point you in the right direction for shopping, restaurants, nightlife, beaches, have a wonderful time on beautiful Koh Phangan, enjoy your stay!!! As the villa is secluded it is not walkable to any shops or beaches. You will need transportation when staying at Ocean View Villa. Please note that all bedrooms have aircon. The large open plan living area has floor to ceiling sliding doors for open living and has aircon for your convenience Guest access The whole villa is available to use, We have Three bedrooms on the top floor, Master bedroom is very large with a king size bed and on suite bathroom with a walk in dressing room. Second bedroom has a king size bed and on suite bathroom. Third bedroom has a queen size bed. Forth bedroom has a king size bed and on suite bathroom (this bedroom is accessed by the rear of the house and down the steps, this room is located on the lower ground floor, it has a jungle view and is very private) All bedrooms have air conditioning Other things to note Please note we pay 10 baht per unit for electricity so please do not leave the air conditioning on when you go out, this helps to keep our prices down. Electric Usage: 300 baht per day is included in your daily rate. Any additional electric is charged at checkout at 10 baht per unit.
