Private loft space in family home

Large light and airy loft space with private bathroom in a friendly and comfortable family home. We are situated on a quiet street opposite a small park with a short walk to one of two stations with great links into Victoria, London Bridge and central London. Close to Dulwich and Crystal Palace. Happy to share local knowledge and highlights of surrounding areas. The space Large and spacious house with separate loft space with 2 bedrooms and private bathroom. Our kitchen is reserved for our family use only, however, we are happy for our guests to make use of tea and coffee toast making facilities and access to the microwave if required. You will also have access to our large garden and outside seating areas. Guest access the loft is self contained - you are welcome to come and sit with us in the lounge or watch television in our front room. You are welcome to explore the garden and sit outside if you would like to . Our kitchen however, is reserved for family use only but you are welcome to make tea or coffee and/or use the microwave., During your stay There will usually be someone at home most days of the week.
