With level access and everything on one floor, Cysgod Bach is also suitable for guests with limited mobility, offering comfort and ease throughout. Just a mile from Bala’s shops, cafés, restaurants, and Llyn Tegid, it’s an ideal base for walks, watersports, and exploring Snowdonia — before returning to your own private haven. The floors are solid oak and all on one level. Shower En-suite. PARKING - There is parking for one car at the front of the property in front of the living room/kitchen window. The property is suitable for people with limited mobility but please feel free to phone for a more in depth description. Assisted wheelchair users may be able to manage once in the property if they have some mobility. The bedroom is not quite big enough to use a wheelchair. The lounge dining area is fine for wheelchair use. Please contact me for further information. Leading onto the garden is a large modern conservatory with sofa and dining table. The patio has tables and chairs where you can chill out and relax. We also have free Wi-Fi. We can store your bikes and trailed boats securely. We can dry your soggy clothes and boots. In fact you are guaranteed to feel spoilt here! Other things to note We live in the Snowdonia National Park. Llanfor is just 3/4 mile outside of the town of Bala where we have the largest natural lake in Wales. Bala is a great centre for all sorts of activities as well as being central for touring the area.
